David J. Zelner                          
                   Attorney / Biotechnology Specialist

       David J. Zelner specializes in patent prosecution as a biotechnology specialist.  He received his Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Texas in 1992, his Juris Doctor from DePaul College of Law in 2004 and a Master of Science in Biology from DePaul University in 2005.

       Prior to attending law school, Mr. Zelner worked in the research labs of Northwestern University Medical School for over seven years developing novel prostate cancer treatment strategies, identifying prostate cancer markers and investigating the molecular mechanisms of neuropathic erectile dysfunction.

       Mr. Zelner is a licensed member of the Illinois Bar and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  He is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
