Litigation Specialist
Brian M. Taillon is a specialist in intellectual property litigation and
licensing, as well as trademark prosecutions. Mr. Taillon was born in
Attleboro, Massachusetts in 1973 and raised in Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the
University of New Hampshire in 1995, his Masters in Public
Administration from Northeastern University in Boston in 1999, and his
Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University in 2003.
While completing his J.D., Mr. Taillon received the Book Award for a
Bioethics Seminar, based his paper concerning ethical considerations in
the prosecution and awarding of biotechnology patents. He also completed
an internship with Motorola’s Law Department in Plantation, Florida,
during which he reviewed and prepared intellectual property licensing
and distribution agreements and conducted legal research for senior
intellectual property and commercial counsel.
Mr. Taillon is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to the U.S.
District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S.
District Court for the Middle District of Florida.. He is also a member
of the American Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law
Association, and the North County Section of the Palm Beach County Bar
Association.
