Edward
McHale is a former major crimes prosecutor in the Dade County State
Attorney’s Office where he began his extensive litigation experience
in 1975. Litigating all facets of Intellectual Property Law since 1983
has provided a comprehensive background, in both the Southern District
of Florida and in Federal Courts around the country.

rated by Martindale-Hubbell, Mr. McHale is a member of The Trial Bars of
the U.S. District Courts of the Southern District of Florida and the
Northern District of Illinois. He is admitted before the U.S. Supreme
Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the 9th and
11th Circuits.
Mr.
McHale was born in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, in 1949. He received a
Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University in 1971 and his
J.D. from the University of Florida in 1974. He is a member of the
Federal Bar Association, The Patent Law Association of South Florida and
the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
